Shear- and Centre Punching Plants
The spring production normally starts with the cutting-to-length process of single plates from a raw material bar. Whereby this process can be executed by hydraulic shearing or sawing. Different springs can base on different material cross sections.
Thus an optimized and flexible cutting-to-length process is of high importance. WEISS supplies different solutions of full automatic hydraulic shears and sawing plants. As an option, the centre punching process can be integrated, too.
