Shear- and Centre Punching Plants
The spring production normally starts with the cutting-to-length process of single plates from a raw material bar. Whereby this process can be executed by hydraulic shearing or sawing. Different springs can base on different material cross sections. Plate length can be different, too.
Thus an optimized and flexible cutting-to-length process is from high importance. WEISS supplies different solutions of full automatic hydraulic shears and sawing plants. As an option, the centre punching process can be integrated, too.
