Setting & Testing Plants
A further highlight of our machine developments are automatic pre-setting and final load testing plants.
First the spring plates are mounted on assembly tables to complete springs. Then this complete spring assemblies are subject to an automatic testing and setting process. This is a mandatory process to ensure the exact spring rate of the final product.
Beside the spring rate, special measuring functions also measure further product dimensions, like half arm length, angle deviation, etc.
